I went in to get some names put on the back of some jackets as gifts. They were supposed to be white vinyl letters but when I got there, somehow they had gotten them embroidered. They looked great but I had a budget to stick to. Without even blinking a eye, the man helping me goes "well normally its $10 for embroidery but since it was suppose to be vinyl, we will charge you like its vinyl! How does that work for you?" Now thats what i call great customer service! A+ for them in my book!
They have about anything you want. Very courteous and helpful. They have all the area teams clothing too!
