Bought one of their chairs in a consignment shop 10 years ago. Great chair. Looking to refurbish now. Worth the money
I purchased the BEST CEO office chair, which is absolutely terrible. The cushioning is good, but the fake leather material is cracking and peeling all over only after a few years of use. This company does not make furniture that lasts! I spent a lot of money on such a terrible chair.
I followed up by calling the Customer Service dept at Best's head office. While "Bonnie" was polite and courteous, she has not gotten back to me. I made it clear that I was not asking for a refund, I simply wanted an apology for the less-than-adequate customer service and the poor workmanship.
We purchased two Best Home Furnishing chairs from a local retailer. Within two months the skirt on the bottom of one of the chairs came apart and had to be repaired. I also asked the retailer about the material puckering on the right side of both chairs and, after coming out to inspect them, he contacted the Best rep to look at them. The left side of both chairs are perfect so I know I was not asking for the impossible.
Review of warehouse, not product. As a shipper Best is unreliable. Not uncommon to have 3 to 5 hour loading times. Other drivers in my company have experienced delays up to 8 hrs.
Best Home Furniture has great looking accent chairs. We have been selling Best Furniture for many years and have not had a lot of problem with the quality. Parks Furniture also guarantees they'll beat anybody's price on Best Furniture by at least 10%. So before you buy your Best Furniture somewhere else call us for a quote . We have been in business since 1943 and deliver to most locations in Ontario.
The Best rep came to our home and was arrogant from the get go. He said that the chairs were built to Best's standards, on an assembly line. If we wanted better built chairs, we should have paid more money and purchased something custom made.
Please, please do not waste your money purchasing from Best. Surely, there are superior manufacturers out there; ones that will actually stand behind the furniture they make.
